ude PERSONALIZATION (name to be printed or embroidered on apparel for example) CANNOT and WILL NOT be refunded. So be sure any information you've provided for all personalized orders is correct.  

• PRODUCTION TIME: Production time takes effect AT THE STORE CLOSE DATE.  If your administrator extends the date then items will not start until the new store close date has been reached.  The only timeline information that is valid is timelines stated on this store or official communication from our company.  

• PERSONALIZATION: Keep in mind that this store will require you to enter the player number to be included on the product (if art shows a number).  Should the team change your number there is no way for the system to know it changed unless you tell us BEFORE it goes into production.  After an order goes into production the number can not be changed.  It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us before production if the number entered during the order process needs to be changed.  If not, we will produce what was ordered at the time of entering production.

• SIZING: Review our size charts attached to each item. The best way to size is to measure similar garments that fit well and compare to our size chart.
